Beginners Strength Training Course

NEW Beginners Strength Training Course in Jan 2025

We are very excited to be launching in January 2025 a beginners strength training class designed specifically for women who are either brand new to strength training or those who used to strength train but haven’t in a while. 

 

This six-week course is all about building strength, confidence and community. The details are:

• Start Date: Monday 20 January 2025 

• Time: 11-12pm

• Location: Newbold Village  Hall, Newbold on Stour

• Possibility of an additional class: Wednesdays 715-815am at Newbold Village Hall

Strength training isn’t just about lifting weights - it’s about improving overall health, boosting metabolism, building lean muscle and feeling empowered! It’s also great for posture, bone density and mental well-being. No experience necessary; we’ll go over everything step-by-step in a welcoming and supportive environment.

 

At the end of the six weeks, you will be eligible to join the Monday, Wednesday (Newbold 830/930am) and Friday (Alveston 9am) classes and also the Cardio Boxing Class (Tuesday 6pm at Newbold) if you want to keep progressing.
